How to Make a Perfect Pizza 🍕

1) Prepare the Dough
Remove from fridge 2-3 hours before baking. Let rest at room temp until soft.

 

2) Preheat the Oven
Use a pizza stone or steel if possible. Preheat to 700°F (380°C).

 

3) Stretch the Dough
Lightly flour your surface (preferably with 00 flour). Hand-stretch to 11-12”, leaving a thicker edge.

 

4) Add Toppings
Use San Marzano sauce (tomato sauce) and Fior di Latte mozzarella. Or any you want.

 

5) Bake
Bake on the hot stone/steel for 90 sec - 2 min until golden with light char. Turn pizza 45 degrees every 20 seconds. Finish cooking.

 

6) Put basil & a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to finish
