4.3 We sell products that both contain and do not contain nuts. However, because our tools come into contact with both types, we cannot guarantee that the breads without nuts will not have any contact with nuts (such as powder or any traces of it), despite our deep cleaning and strict hygiene practices. While we would love to be able to accommodate a request for nut-free bread, we cannot guarantee its complete avoidance due to this minimal possibility. If you have allergies from nuts, milk, butter, eggs, wheat, grains, we do not recommend buying our products.

 

5. Delivery and Pick-up

No Refunds for No Shows: For orders scheduled for pick up at our designated location, if you fail to pick up your order during the designated pick-up time, there will be no refunds or store credit offered. It is your responsibility to pick up your order as scheduled or to make alternate arrangements with us in advance.

Error in delivery: In the rare occurrence of a delivery mistake resulting in the inclusion of incorrect items in an order, the bakery retains the discretion, at our sole discretion, to allow the client to retain the items, or to retrieve the mistake delivered items for donation or responsible disposal, ensuring minimal environmental impact. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such rare instances, as we strive to maintain the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.
