Meet Chef Paulo Sebess, founder of Le Pain de Paul. With over 25 years of culinary experience worldwide (France, Italy, China, Germany, Dubai, Thailand, USA, LatAm), Chef Paulo has trained under legends like Paul Bocuse and Alain Ducasse.
He has honed his craft at renowned establishments such as L'Auberge du Pont de Collonges and Le Louis XV in Monte Carlo.

Born in Brazil, with Hungarian roots, and raised in Argentina, Chef Paulo’s rich heritage and expertise have earned him prestigious accolades, including the Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg and multiple Gourmand World Cookbook Awards for his outstanding books on bakery techniques and hamburgers.
From Michelin-Starred Restaurants Chef to Family-Owned Cooking School to Entrepreneur
Beyond being a passionate chef, Paulo served as the director of Mausi Sebess, a family-owned cooking school with over 30 years of experience guiding students to transform their skills into profitable and exciting careers.​
