I have a strong passion for the idea of becoming a personal chef for families and bringing them delicious, customized bread. To make this a reality, I created an online bread store. My goal is to offer our customers the chance to enjoy bread that meets their unique preferences and expectations.

 

Everyone should have access to bread specially baked to their liking.

25 years of international culinary experience

Meet Chef Paulo Sebess, the founder of Le Pain de Paul. With over 25 years of experience as a chef, baker, and culinary entrepreneur, Chef Paulo's passion for cooking has taken him on a worldwide journey to learn the art of cooking from renowned chefs in France, Italy, China, Germany, Singapore, Dubai, Thailand, the United States, and many other countries. This extensive global experience has broadened his culinary horizons and equipped him with a diverse range of skills and techniques.

 

Chef Paulo's career highlights include training from industry experts such as Paul Bocuse and Alain Ducasse and working at prestigious establishments like L'Auberge du Pont de Collonges (Paul Bocuse) and Le Louis XV (Alain Ducasse à l'Hôtel de Paris in Monte Carlo, Monaco).

 

His culinary expertise and dedication have earned him several esteemed awards, including the Culinary World Cup Luxembourg in 2002, presented by the World Association of Chefs Societies. Chef Paulo has also been recognized by the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards, winning the award for the best bakery techniques book in the world (MasterChef Professional Bread Baking Techniques) in 2010 and the award for the best hamburger book (Between Two Loafs) in 2019.

 

Born in Brazil with Hungarian roots and raised in Argentina, Chef Paulo's skills have been honed to perfection. His impressive career is a testament to his passion for cooking and dedication to his craft.

Entrepreneurial spirit and family-owned cooking school

Beyond being a passionate chef, Paulo is also a successful entrepreneur.

 

He serves as the director of Mausi Sebess, a family-owned cooking school with over 30 years of experience in guiding students towards transforming their skills into profitable and exciting careers.

In his online boutique boulangerie, Chef Paulo shares the taste and essence of France and Europe through his artisanal breads, allowing customers to experience the flavors and sensations of these regions.
